Bethany de Forest

Dutch lady. She makes the most unbelievable miniature landscapes, and uses tiny pinhole cameras that sit right inside them to get the feeling that the viewer is really part of the action and on a normal eye level. Amazing, they must take ages to create, I wish I had the patience and skill for this. I wish I was her and made these amazing little places all day long. That would be a dream come true. However, I am sitting in my bedroom trying my hardest to distract myself from the Big Black Cloud that is DISSERTAAAATION.

School Work

I did this a few weeks ago for my on-going final year project. I don't like it really, but I did it. I just put some stuff from my room on a table... the dissatisfaction this gave me has made me realise I need to create narratives within my work to keep it interesting, as there is only so much colour can do.

Just for now, here is Lulu.
